Description
At Mansarover Gaushala ‘Gaumutra’ is collected directly (before touching the ground) from the cows regularly. The collected ‘Gaumutra’ is then heated slowly in a glass vessel / earthen pot until it starts boiling. After achieving the boiling point the ‘Gaumutra’ vapors start passing through the condensation tube where it is cooled naturally. Thus ‘Shodhit Gaumutra’ is collected drop by drop and left to cool down further.
Gaumutra is said to contain iron, calcium, potassium, manganese, salts, and many other beneficial elements. Known as a divine medicine by many, it is also used for the treatment of diabetes, blood pressure, asthma, heart blockages, ulcers, etc. This mineral-rich liquid can also be used for enriching the soil and making ‘Jeevamrut’ which is a natural plant growth booster and pesticide.
